The Adventures of Dagobert Trostler by Balduin Groller

Published: 2017 | Series: Standalone

Dagobert Trostler is described as the Sherlock Holmes of Vienna. What sets him apart from his English counterpart is that Trostler is a bon-vivant in the heyday of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. This collection features stories published in Vienna between 1889 and 1910. It provides a glimpse into the sparkling, forgotten world of turn-of-the-century Vienna.
