Strong Poison by Dorothy L. Sayers

Published: 1930 | Series: Lord Peter Wimsey 5

The Crown's case is watertight. Harriet Vane is guilty of the killing her lover, and she will hang for it...unless her claims of innocence are true. Can Lord Peter Wimsey prove that Harriet Vane is not guilty of murder, and will he find the real poisoner in time to save her from the gallows?
